Signing In to Your Great Canadian Rewards Account
For Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto guests, there is no stand-alone Toronto login page. In line with standard practice across Ontario, we use a single Great Canadian Rewards Member Portal at gcrewards.com/login. One entry point, shared by all Ontario properties and by guests staying with us at the resort.
Every time you sign in, you work with two details: your member account number and your four-digit Rewards PIN. The account number is printed on the front of your physical Rewards card. Returning members log in using just these two items. If you are signing in on a new device for the first time, there is one extra step - a six-digit verification code sent to the mobile number or email that is already registered to your profile.
On a browser, the process typically looks like this:
- Open gcrewards.com/login in your preferred browser.
- Type your member account number into the first field.
- Enter your four-digit Rewards PIN in the second field.
- Press the login button to continue.
- On a first-time device, enter the six-digit code sent to your registered mobile or email.
- After the code is confirmed, your member dashboard appears.
Keeping your Rewards card somewhere you can grab it quickly is a small thing, but it matters. Quite a few guests end up pausing the whole login flow simply because the card - and that printed number - are not nearby when they need it.
| What You Need | Where to Find It |
|---|---|
| Account number | Printed on your Rewards card |
| Four-digit PIN | Set at registration or reset online |
| Verification code | Sent to registered mobile or email |
| Login URL | gcrewards.com/login |
Verification codes are time-limited and follow standard timing windows used across the industry. Enter the code as soon as it comes through. If a few minutes go by and nothing arrives, in our experience the most common reason is that the phone number or email on file has changed and was never updated on your Rewards profile.
First Login and Verification
On your very first access, or when you use a new phone or laptop, there is that extra verification step we already mentioned. After you submit your member account number and PIN, the portal immediately issues a six-digit code to whichever contact method is registered to you. In practice, once a device has been verified that way, it usually stays trusted for later sessions.
If the verification message does not appear in your inbox or on your phone, pause for a moment and check whether your mobile number or email address on record is still accurate. Outdated details are a common blocker. To correct this before your next attempt, contact our team at [email protected] or call 1-888-399-4998 so we can update your information in line with our account standards. Repeatedly retrying login while your contact data is wrong will not clear the issue, it will just repeat the same error loop.
Forgot Your Account Number or PIN
According to current market practice, self-service recovery for basic credentials is handled directly at the login page. We follow that approach, so in most cases there is no need to phone in just to locate a member number or change a PIN.
To retrieve a forgotten account number:
- Go to gcrewards.com/login.
- Select the option to retrieve your account number.
- Complete the prompts using the mobile number or email linked to your membership.
- Your account number will be sent to your registered contact channel.
- Return to the main login screen and sign in with your restored number.
To reset a forgotten PIN:
- Navigate again to gcrewards.com/login.
- Choose the “change or reset PIN” function.
- Confirm your identity using your registered phone or email details.
- Select and submit a new four-digit PIN when the portal asks for it.
- Log in with your existing account number and the new PIN you just created.
Both recovery paths rely fully on the contact information already stored in your Rewards profile. If you changed your phone number or email since you joined and never updated your profile, those self-serve tools will not complete properly. In that situation, contact our support team first so we can correct your details, then come back to the portal and run the recovery steps again.
